We create immersive and site-specific performances looking at socially relevant issues that push the boundaries of how we view dance - with performances taking place anywhere from theatres to museums to libraries to gardens to forests to community centres and anywhere and everywhere in between. We are interested in how to allow performers to take ownership of the space while also giving the audience impetus and room to play within it. Our work responds to location and audience which means we can reach a wider range of communities. This approach allows us to help diversify both what it means to be a cultural venue and invites audiences who don’t always feel welcome in traditional theatre settings.
